Am 07.03.2010 erwartete die Gäste des Blues ein besonderer Leckerbissen in Sachen Live-Musik: Andre Knoch vom Blues in Rhede hatte die wohl beste Led Zeppelin Coverband Deutschlands eingeladen – wirklich knall hart am Original! Licht & Ton kamen natürlich wieder von der Stony Broke GbR, die Fotos machte wie immer Christian Giese.
Physical Graffiti – Die Band
A band called Red Stuff, playing ‘70’s music (including ‘Whole Lotta Love’) are pressured by their audiences to play more Led Zeppelin and the tribute band Physical Graffiti is born.
A sensational performance on Dutch national television in the then popular ‘Sound Mix Show’, brings them into contact with a German booking agency. Over the following years they tour Germany from east to west, building a reputation that sometimes has people travelling hundreds of kilometers to see them. Luxemburg and Belgium come next and now they intend to conquer Holland. A Physical concert is not easily forgotten. The original is no more but the legacy is proudly carried by these musicians.
